I jokingly call this Harley "Our Other Motorcycle". Seriously, I will have this bike someday. My Grandfather bought his 1940 Harley Davidson from a dealer in Joliet, IL in 1939, and the two of them rode to Milwaukee to pick it up at the factory. This is a photo of my Grandma and Grandpa Gunderson in September of 1940. It was taken in Daytona Beach, Florida.

My Dad currently owns this bike, but it is willed to me. (I will have to pay off my siblings to
get it though.) Currently it is in an un-restored condition, but one of these days, it will
be restored to its original condition...by either my Dad or I.

This is a photo of the Harley in its current state. This was taken at the "Sierracade" cycle show in Cody, WY in August of 1999. Dad won second place! As you can see, when Grandpa quit riding it, it sat outside for years until my father took possession.
